We are also available for Marriage Workshops and/or Marriage Enrichment weekends. We also offer an Anger Management program that is comprised of many different techniques and resources which include Evidence-Based Practice Interventions. |
Appointments are normally 60 minutes in duration except for the initial intake appointment which can last up to 120 minutes, once per week at a time we agree on, although some sessions may be more or less frequent as needed. The time scheduled for your appointment is assigned to you and you alone. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide at least a 24-hour notice. If you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment, we cannot use this time for another client and you will be billed for the entire cost of your missed appointment. (Monday appointments must be cancelled by noon of the preceding Friday). In addition, you are responsible for coming to your sessions on time; if you are late, your appointments will still need to end on time. If two or more sessions are missed without giving 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to terminate the therapy relationship.
A full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice unless it is due to an illness or an emergency. A bill will be mailed directly to all clients who do not show up for, or cancel an appointment and any future sessions will not be scheduled until payment for past session is received.
Payment is expected in full at the time of services. Payment options are cash and/or check. At this time, we are not able to process credit/debit cards as payment. Any checks returned to our office are subject to an additional fee of up to $35.00.
Payment schedule:
Counseling: Initial intake session = $150/up to 2 hours; subsequent sessions = $75/55 min. *Prepare/Enrich has a one time $40.00 additional fee for online assessment and report.
Life Coaching: Initial intake session = $60/90 min.; subsequent sessions = $50/55 min.
***If using 3rd party payer assistance, there will be a $10.00 “co-pay” due at the time of service.
